Live classes begin January 6, 2025 and run until February 10, 2025. We meet 6 times over 6 weeks at 9-9:45am MST.

You will be able to download all course materials in the course portal.

Each course comes with a progress portfolio work sheet.

All participants are encouraged to keep a video journal and work through the progress portfolio to measure your progress, work through your goals and progress in a sustainable way.

You will need to purchase a couple of spring scales to measure the weight of the contact. You can purchase these on amazon. I recommend purchasing a 5Kg and a 1Kg scale.

You will also need Franklin Method Equipment. This can be purchased at my online shop.

You will have access to the Rider Biomechanics Community for 4 months. In the RBC you will have access to bi-weekly meetups, group challenges and have access to the live meetups to ask questions and work through the material in the course.

A progress portfolio documents your personal growth as you move through the material.

You can set your own goals, and process goals as you gain new tools and information to improve the contact.

Keeping a video journal is a fabulous addition to the progress portfolio. All you need is a camera that records video, a tripod with an appropriate mount, simple video editing equipment and enough storage on a computer to save your footage.

The Rider Biomechanics Community is a private portal for riders that is a little like Facebook - just without the advertising and non-relevant content.

You can upload videos, ask questions, participate in group challenges, attend bi-weekly meetups, learn new embodiments, warmups, ask questions and get live support as you move through the course material.

Meetups are recorded and available on demand.

All courses come with 4 month access to The RBC.
