"The riding retreat at Eckwood Equestrian, I attended last summer was an incredible experience for both me and my horse; it truly exceeded my expectations. Your program was outstanding, and I gained valuable insights that I will apply to my riding in the future. Not to mention the delightful meals you served! I look forward to becoming a regular participant in your retreats!"

MEET TRISH

Passionate about horses and human movement, I've spent five years studying anatomy and functional movement. I bring this knowledge to equestrian, empowering riders to move in harmony with their horses.

Improve Breathing

Improving your breath control is key to successful equestrianism. Over the weekend, you can focus on perfecting your breathing rhythm in the saddle. This concentrated effort can result in enhanced performance and a more synchronized connection with your horse.

Improve Posture

Discover the intricacies of body alignment and movement through the lens of imagery and anatomy during your weekend equestrian retreat. This understanding will enhance your equilibrium and synergy with your horse, paving the way for superior performance.

Improve Movement

Immerse yourself in the study of anatomy and the embodiment of optimal function, and then put it into practice in the saddle during your equestrian retreat. Equestrians will uncover the profound impact that minor adjustments can have on enhancing your riding experience.

Improve Connection

Dedicate quality time to riding, nurture your equine companion, and foster relationships with other horse enthusiasts. Equip yourself with a deep understanding of anatomy, the use of vivid imagery, a positive mental attitude, and a strong sense of physical presence.
