What are Hypopressives?

Hyoporessive means low pressure. In a hypopressive practice participants manipulate abdominal and thoracic pressures through breathing techniques. Participants can expect to improve rib flexibility, posture, stability and pelvic function.

Learn simple poses that awaken the stabilizers of the body. Find alignment and ease of movement in a gentle practice that will change your life.
