What is a Rider Biomechanics Course?

Courses look at how riders move in the walk, trot and canter. RidersĀ gain insights into when to ask for transitions, feeling phases of gaits, and linking how their bodies are moving during these moments.

Courses are designed for riders to add to their current training programs. Whether you train at home or in a program, knowing how your body is moving with your horse is going to add tremendous value to your experience in the saddle.

The pelvic floor course sets riders up to use their pelvic floor well in the saddle, and add a dynamic pelvic floor training program to your workout plan.

The contact is a comprehensive course that takes a deep look at what contact is and how to truly feel and adapt to the horses mouth in a symmetrical and confident way.

A good contact requires a rider to be coordinated, symmetrical, supple, feeling and confident. Lets uncoverĀ the mystery of the contact and actively train coordination, feel and shoulder mobility to give clarity to your hand signals to your horse.

  • When you buy a course you have lifetime access to all content.
  • Courses run live annually and new material is covered and added. Participants are invited to attend all new live sessions.
  • Courses cover material on specific elements of equitation and how our bodies move in the saddle to match our horses.
  • Assignments, workbook and homework are part of the course to get you active and feeling new movement potential for you and your horse.
  • Participants have 4Ā month access to the Rider Biomechanics Community after their first purchase. This is where we share video and discuss imagery and successes throughout the course.
